The Cafe Frenchy Story

Christine never planned on a career shift from senior executive to full-time writer. Then the company she worked for entered bankruptcy. Doctors diagnosed her mother with stage IV cancer. She picked up her virtual pen as she sought an outlet beyond what she found in her regular paddle board sessions from the beach in front of her home.

At first, Christine didn’t know where the writing would take her. Then, literary journals accepted three of her works for publication. She transformed a small room in the front of her bungalow into a writer’s studio. She headed to French Polynesia to find more inspiration. She began work on a novel.

This initial success also motivated her to launch CafeFrenchy.com in partnership with her husband, Xavier.

Their vision for CaféFrenchy.com is of a digital bistro where the adventurous and imaginative connect in a borderless space to discuss travel, food, and creativity.
